Honestly skylights need to be installed correctly by approved applicators. Whether it is velux, Columbia, fakro or Dayliter. Skylights rarely leak. It is the roof membrane seal to the roof and curb generally. My opinion. Go pressure system skylight install rather than a drop on is the best but not necessary if installed correctly.

One of the trends in home designs is the skylights. Skylight doesn’t only save electric consumption but also gives you a comfortable feeling because of the light that comes directly from the heat of the sun. Moreover, skylights should be installed properly by bristolite skylight experts so that no flaws will be encountered once installed in your homes.

I see a problem with the deck skylights- if someone is wearing a skirt while standing on the deck... then... would not the people below be able to see up said skirt?
