Marco: terrific article. You're one of the Houzz contributors I pay attention to because your articles are especially informative and I like how your writing conveys your passion without a lot of ego! I've been fascinated with mobiles since I was a teen and enjoy a variety of styles. I only own two--a whimsical work of leaping ladies from a Park City, UT, art gallery and a sail boat mobile I received as a gift in high school 35 years ago in San Diego--and I love them both. You've rekindled my interest in Calder-inspired forms and hope to add more kinetic sculptures in our home. I look forward to your future contributions!
