I just have to laugh at ideas concerning certain eras. Example: Victorian era as well as Georgian, Elizabethan and others. Then people renovate their bath using all that gorgeous tile.

Apparently no one knows that tile wasn't used at all during those periods. In fact, tile in bath didn't really become part of the Arts & Crafts moment until late 1920s bath design.

Today, any style of home is said to have tiles even back in the golden era of Queen Victoria 1837-1901. Guess that's why it's called 'style' and not original to the period which was basically brick, wood, plaster and stone.

Patricia, you could consider spray painting the window with translucent/frosted paint; i and several friends have done that. Or, there are some self-stick products that give a similar effect.
