Really smart article. Another HUGE way to save is to make your decisions and stick to them. Changing your mind or adding to the project part way through adds costs, both in time and money. Unless required by the Building Department, do not have change orders.

my house had water damage so whole house is being restored need advise. had laminate floor and tile in foyer i want hard now, i was engineer was good, i like the acacia floor. any recommendations

also looking for a color specialist in the chester county pa area for paint colors for walls
