I think dark colors are great for a small room. The walls recede and the room looks larger. (Contrary to a previous comment). The peacock blue is beautiful!

I had thought about black on this bedroom wall, then settled on this really dark blue. Had to get it mixed, rather than off the shelf. I love to use a bit of colour. I might use that gorgeous green on a bedroom wall.
