I just love the rough hewn timber look. Even if you don't live in the middle of the woods you can still get that feeling by bringing the trees inside. Love that long kitchen counter in pic #2

I realize that I'm missing the point, but when I look at those floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows I see a lack of privacy, endless window washing and cold, cold, cold. They just aren't for me, I'm a window dressing kind of girl, I guess.
