HI Goenise, Yes, I have a custom made shower base with built in bench that my contractor got for my shower remodel. The walls then are large format tile which look great! Here is a photo. I love the corian bench for shaving legs or sitting on to pumice my feet or just relax letting the water run over me.

If you are concerned about stain with grout, try epoxy or urethane grouts. They are both stain proof and water proof. Not always easy to apply and one should let it cure for a week or more before exposing to water. The residue of epoxy can stain tile permanently if not removed correctly when it's applied. Epoxy, urethan and other synthetic grouts do not require sealing.

You can also use a silicone based sealer or any latex sealer that penetrates for any grout or tile such as stone to improve water and stain resistance. You should allow at least 24 hours after applying any sealant before using water whether shower or floor. Expect to reseal every 1-2 years depending on how often shower is used. Best sealing should be applied 2-4 times after letting each coat dry depending on the type of tile. The more porous the tile/grout used, the more you need to layer the sealant.
