The master bedroom is filled with luxurious velvets and satin custom upholstered furnishings. The custom window treatments carry that same luxury along with the custom bedding. Gold, bronze, and creams seamlessly combine to make the room feel warm and inviting. The distressed accents contrast with the metallic pieces to tie the room together.

This serene primary bedroom is the perfect retreat for our client’s new chapter of life. The soft shimmer of a silver-toned wall treatment adds a touch of glamour, while a tailored upholstered headboard anchors the space with quiet strength. Layered bedding in neutrals and blush tones creates an inviting softness, contrasted by sleek black nightstands and sculptural lamps. Thoughtful details like delicate artwork, curated accessories, and elegant drapery frame the large window, ensuring the room feels both restful and refined. It’s a space that balances comfort and sophistication — a sanctuary designed to exhale in.

Our St. Pete studio gave this beautiful traditional home a warm, welcoming ambience with bold accents and decor. Gray and white wallpaper perfectly frame the large windows in the living room, and the elegant furnishings add elegance and classiness to the space. The bedrooms are also styled with wallpaper that leaves a calm, soothing feel for instant relaxation. Fun prints and patterns add cheerfulness to the bedrooms, making them a private and personal space to hang out. The formal dining room has beautiful furnishings in bold blue accents and a striking chandelier to create a dazzling focal point.

Custom coffee bar is nestled into a small nook and had a step blocking part of the space. We elongated the lower cabinet face frame to accommodate the step so our client did not lose any storage space.

We planned a thoughtful redesign of this beautiful home while retaining many of the existing features. We wanted this house to feel the immediacy of its environment. So we carried the exterior front entry style into the interiors, too, as a way to bring the beautiful outdoors in. In addition, we added patios to all the bedrooms to make them feel much bigger. Luckily for us, our temperate California climate makes it possible for the patios to be used consistently throughout the year.
The original kitchen design did not have exposed beams, but we decided to replicate the motif of the 30" living room beams in the kitchen as well, making it one of our favorite details of the house. To make the kitchen more functional, we added a second island allowing us to separate kitchen tasks. The sink island works as a food prep area, and the bar island is for mail, crafts, and quick snacks.
We designed the primary bedroom as a relaxation sanctuary – something we highly recommend to all parents. It features some of our favorite things: a cognac leather reading chair next to a fireplace, Scottish plaid fabrics, a vegetable dye rug, art from our favorite cities, and goofy portraits of the kids.

Custom Quonset Huts become artist live/work spaces, aesthetically and functionally bridging a border between industrial and residential zoning in a historic neighborhood. The open space on the main floor is designed to be flexible for artists to pursue their creative path. Upstairs, a living space helps to make creative pursuits in an expensive city more attainable.
The two-story buildings were custom-engineered to achieve the height required for the second floor. End walls utilized a combination of traditional stick framing with autoclaved aerated concrete with a stucco finish. Steel doors were custom-built in-house.
