Of course they also did all of the designer touches with rugs, lightning, furniture,etc. They listen to the needs and wants of their clients without trying to push the most expensive of everything. We did choose some high end items such as the flooring and appliances, but ACH showed us all of the options. I have to say that I do not regret one single thing that they did or chose. A: Hello there, Skylight was existing - we did have moisture/mold issues in this bathroom so we added fans (one in each skylight) as they are sealed and do not vent. Had we had the option to replace or omit, we would have preferred to replace with an operating skylight for max ventilation. Thanks A: Thank you for your question, this brick is a slim brick that we sourced from Mutual Materials (Bellevue/WA location) - we mixed a few different types together to create the old, mismatched look. We used a combination of 'Mutual Used' and 'Ashland Used'. The trick to creating this old-world look was the installation - slim brick is installed like a tile, so we requested that they be set somewhat uneven and imperfect, and we used mortar instead of thin-set.
