> “Take your business elsewhere…no need to call back”-Dexter.  This was left on my voicemail by the manager of Design Outdoor after I was caught off guard by a $10 pallet return fee that was not communicated to me.  It was not made clear to me when purchasing pavers from design outdoor that my $35 pallet deposit was not going to be fully refunded.  Although this is a small fee, it resulted in a passive aggressive voicemail from a manager two days after the interaction with the front desk staff.  If choosing to use Design outdoor, check for all additional fees before hand so you don’t get caught off guard like me.

**Q: Do you know the name, vendor of the stone? Thank you** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: This looks like Montana Antique from Montana Rockworks.  I would say that this is full thickness stone.  Please look them up for a dealer near you.

**Q: Paint for exterior cement stairs at entrance** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Does anyone know if there is paint for cement stairs. The cement isn't cracked it is old and dirty looking. Not looking for the gray paint that some people do but something that doesn't look like it was painted.

A: Thin pavers are usually available through masonry and hardscape outlets.  I would try there.
