We moved from Chicago to Naples, Florida and purchase a home in an area in which we loved the comunity but the homes did not inspire that modern costal look that we liked in some of the very expensive and newer homes. > We purchased a condo in Pelican Bay, at the Renaissance, in February 2020.  The 1984 kitchen was begging for a remodel.  I considered plans from three companies and chose Naples Kitchen and Bath.  Their plan opened up the entry to the kitchen, added cabinetry, rearranged the layout to afford better flow and use of space.  The showroom made it easy to choose all the materials necessary for the remodel.  We departed for our NH residence at the end of April, Robert did a great job keeping us updated on the progress.  I made a short trip at the end of September to see the finished kitchen.  I am thrilled with the result!  One of my favorite details is the transition tile connecting the ceramic tile and the wood we chose for the kitchen, it really adds to the space.

What type of wood floor is it?

A: This is a 12" wide plank European French Oak

**Q: Love the stair balusters !! Are they acrylic ?** *(in Photo Questions)*

they look like water , kinda of  waterfall sense, goes well with the wood

A: Yes they are! I custom designed and fabricated all of the stair parts including the polished stainless brackets and acrylic posts. Thanks for the comments

A: Thank you for the question Sandi. It is a Wolf Gas Cooktop with downdraft. I hope that helps...

**Q: paint color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

paint color?

A: Thank you for the inquiry. It is actually a Faux finish we had done by a local Faux Painter. The technique used is called a Strie'. It is very hard to see with the low light, but the color that was used is a base color of Sherwin Williams 6128 Blonde in Eggshell finish. I hope this helps
