After long consideration and discussion with my wife we decided to go with Artisan Kitchen & Bath. Though Artisan had the highest quote we received from all the other contractors we chose Artisan because of Stephanie. She was not only Artisan's representative, but their designer as well. We made the call and set up the appointment and Stephanie showed up at our door right on time. She was very professional and courteous . She asked us if we had a plan in mind as to what we would like done to our kitchen. We explained to Stephanie that we wanted a more functional kitchen and told her our idea of the lay-out along with the type of cabinets and counter-tops and flooring we wanted. Stephanie took measurements and pictures of our kitchen and told us that she can create a computer generated model of our new kitchen so that we can get a better visual picture of what the actual kitchen will look like after the completion of our renovation. Stephanie told us that it will take about a week to create this model but she would have to charge a small fee for the time and labor that goes into creating this model, which is completely understandable. My wife and I paid the small fee and a week later Stephanie was back at our home with laptop in hand to show us what our dream kitchen will look like. I just want the reader to know that no other contractor even offered to do this, which in my opinion is a game changer and best seller! To have a visual detailed look as to what your dream kitchen is going to look like will know doubt seal the deal and that is exactly why we chose Artisan Kitchen and Bath. Stephanie explained in great detail the history of the company, the names of the carpenters who would be doing the actual work and installation and approximately how along the project is going to take. The project did take longer to complete that was written in the contract, but that wasn't the fault of Artisan Kitchen and Bath. It was the company that were building the cabinets. I would like to take this opportunity to give a big shout out to Berr and Jay who were the guys that did all the work. These guys simply put were totally awesome. Not only did these guys have incredible craftmanship skills, they were extremely nice and courteous and answered any and all our questions. They even came up with ideas to enhance the some of the features. Kudos to you guys for a job well done. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism that Artisan Kitchen and Bath has done for us. We purchased a ranch in December 2021 that featured a lot of late 90s light oak, laminate and a lot of unnecessary walls. Jessica helped us design our dream open concept kitchen and an enlarged primary en-suite bathroom. She did amazing digital cabinet layouts and flyovers that helped us envision the space. She recommended different cabinets at different price points that suited our budget. We also utilized Artisan to get a full GE Monogram appliance package. They helped us take advantage of a deal that got us a free dishwasher & microwave. Artisan coordinated delivery and installation with our contractor. When there was a hiccup with the countertop slab supplier, Jessica stayed on top of everything and made sure that we got our original design choice as soon as it was available. We were hoping to get a project completed by October 2020 knowing that was a tight timeline in the current climate. We weren't sure how a kitchen could be designed during the quarantine. We were paired with Jennifer, an interior designer at Artisan who met us virtually through zoom. We showed her the space and discussed what we wanted out of the project. She guided us through a list of photographs and measurements that she needed. Within a short amount of time, she was able to present us a mood board, cabinet/counter/floor/appliance/hardware recommendations and multiple design layouts. The design layouts were on a digital software that allowed us to visualize our future kitchen very easily. She was extremely responsive and helpful and guided us on most of our decisions. We particularly are grateful for her guidance on our countertops, cabinets, and layout. We told her what we liked in a countertop with limited information and ended up choosing the first option she presented. It still stuns us to this day.
