Is this look done with linoleum? Where would I be able to see samples or who carries this in the New York area?!

A: The flooring in this home is real wood flooring.  We are not sure where to look for a linoleum alternative in the New York area.  Best of luck with your project!

**Q: Can you please tell me the material and size of the backsplash...it's lovely!** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thank you!  This backsplash is made with Carrara marble tiles and was sized to match the length of the counter.

**Q: The countertops, marble?  If so, are they hard to keep up in a kitchen?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The countertops are Carrara marble.  They are very easy to maintain but they do stain and show citrus marks.  These fade and are not an issue for the owner.  If you want your countertops to look the same after 5 years as on day one they probably aren't the material for you.

A: Restoration Hardware polished nickel.
