Is this a standard faucet or a smaller bar type?

Hi!  I love this porch swing and understand it was custom built.  I'm considering doing the same.  Could I get the dimensions/plans of the swing and your source for the rope and cushions.  Any info is greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

A: I apologize I haven't been able to get you information on this. I don't have the specs for that specific swing but a source that we have been using and would recommend is Magnolia Porch Swings. I hope that helps!

Interested in flooring and floor plan if available.

A: Thanks for your interest in this space!  We had so much fun working on this home.  The flooring is made of Kansas Hackberry wood and makes this farmhouse a beautiful welcoming home!  The plans were developed by Anderson Knight Architects of Manhattan, KS.

Where did you have the porch swing and cushions made?

A: We designed it and a local woodworker constructed it!

Thank you so much for your quick reply! Can you also please tell me approximately how much space you left between the L island and the counters that run along the wall? I think we are going to mimic your island design but we have been warned about leaving too much space between an island and the counter. Your layout however looks perfect! Thanks in advance!

A: Of course, we're happy to help! It is always advisable to really consider the functionality/ flow of the kitchen and how it will best serve your needs. Both ends of the "L" shaped island are 3 feet from the side counters/fridge. Again, we're so glad you like our design and that it is helping you with your project!
