> I hired evoDOMUS to design and build a modular 4-bed 4-bath home for my family, including a large roof deck with outdoor kitchen and a 2-car garage with a studio room and half bath.
> The design process was exciting as they came up with clever solutions to tricky problems, and were open to my ideas for tweaks and amendments.  They were also terrific all through the process of choosing fixtures and fittings.  They found a wonderful local contractor, and once we had a final contract, the price did not change, except for small extras that I requested along the way.

> Remember, however, with a modular build choosing a good local contractor is crucial.  Make sure to pick one that is as good at their part as evoDOMUS is at their part, and you will have a great team.
