To say we were impressed from start to finish is a huge understatement. The ease of purchasing the spec home was incredible; the response time when items needed to be addressed was amazing; and the follow through for our one month, four month, and 11 month check in is so reassuring. There were very few items that needed to be addressed (think nail pops, a squeak in the floor, etc) so you know the quality is top of the line. Chris is fantastic to work with and he always goes above and beyond to make sure clients are satisfied with his work.
