I had what I thought was a good meeting with him. He said all the right things: experience working with insurance companies, knowledge of the area and vendors, and the type of aesthetic I wanted to achieve. I told him that I needed the estimate particularly quickly but he insisted that he needs until the following week. We ended the meeting with him asking me to send him the insurance adjustor's report and that he will get back to about his estimate after several days later. I sent him the report right away and even followed up with a call later (got his vm) to ask him to update me right away even if he doesn't want to take on the project so I can proceed with my alternatives without delay. > > It is now several days following when he said he would get back to me and I have not heard anything back from him or his company since our meeting. I tried emailing, texting, calling his number as well as his office in the past few days and never heard anything back. I really don't have to work with him, and it's better that I know his (lack of) communication style before working with him. Would you mind sharing it? Also what flooring is that? Thanks. A: The hearth is qusrtzite. The flooring is engineered unfinish. Sanded and finished onsite **Q: Can you tell me the painted brick and shutter colors and paint brand?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Brick is not painted we applied white mortar. Houston was hit hard by flooding caused by Harvey. The vanity is custom site built, the countertop is an exotic marble from Arizona Tile. Exotics are one off items and must be identified at your local supplier. Every supplier makes up their own name, because they are unique the next batch maybe named diffrently. Arizona Tile in Houston consistently carries a huge selection. **Q: Stone?** *(in Photo Questions)* What is that stone top? Marble? Granite? Name? Thank you! A: Princess White Dolamite (Every vendor has their own name) - The key is Dolomite which is a magnesium rich marble. It is no longer available. Due to the flood in Houston.
