The tile work was great. The problem was they would say they were going to show up on a certain day and not show, no communication from Sellers about when they were planning to show up. I would have to call and inquire. The plumber was to show up on a Monday to finish up the job, did not show, on Wednesday I called and was informed he had gone on vacation, and would be back the following week. I ended up hiring another plumber to finish the job. I also had to go buy and finish the molding myself. I was told that the product was the same and simply a different manufacturing run. My independent installer also confirmed that the wood was substantially different. Sellers would not take the product back. Totally dissatisfied. Seller's doesn't stand behind their product. Backsplash looks good, but on close observation.....tile is not exactly right.....subway tiles don't line up just right. Also, several plain tiles were lined up together and needed some patterned tiles in between. Overall, though, it has a good appearance. I wish the decorator had told me about glass tiles that could have been put with a backsplash to dress it up some. The company has a very good reputation here in Albany, GA. The employees were very nice, but had a hard time getting the tile supervisor to keep an appointment or return phone calls. **Comment from Sellers Tile Distributors:** > Mr. Thornton, > Thank you for your review! We try to only recommend the best tile installers in the area. The tile you selected has a very high variation and it can at times be quite random from tile to tile. Even with that in mind, we will still let the installer know that next time he should mix it up a little more. We hope you will consider us for any projects in the future. A: Hi hopebartwilliams, The tile shown is tumbled travertine, it's 3"x6" in size, and about 1/4" thick. It comes in too many colors to list here with all of our vendor options, but we actually stock 3 colors from our Albany warehouse, that are available through any of our 6 locations: Ivory or Classic, Walnut. What's shown in the picture is actually Yellow travertine, which we can still order, but don't actually stock. They run $8.76/sf retail, and we certainly do service Thomasville! However, these are pretty darn close: Kosas Home Dixon Rustic Brown and Black Reclaimed Pine and Iron Bar Stool Best! **Q: Tiling bathroom** *(in Design Dilemma)* Should i use bullnose tile for shower and floor A: Hi mkclark37, Bullnose is important for giving your shower a finished look on the edges of all the wall tile, and for any door edging, insert box/shelves, or tub hop. Your other main options are to purchase a tile with a finished edge, use a rail molding (pencil, dental, rail, cornice), but doesn't work on the floor. Another couple of options for a professional installer would be to caulk the edge out very clean, or make a bullnose edge with a grinder, both tougher to accomplish. We'd certainly recommend it. **Q: What color grout color would go with this mosaic glass backsplash?** *(in Design Dilemma)* Changing bathroom dual sink vanity countertop to quartz \[Ocean Form http://www.caesarstoneus.com/en/The-Catalog/Pages/6141%20Ocean%20Foam.aspx\]. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated A: Hi fiscomi, Playing devil's advocate, if you want something to stay with the kitchen's contemporary pulls, and stainless appliances, yet still modern in texture, Glazzio Tiles makes some great glass pieces. Could look awesome with the juxtaposition between the clean lines and old world of maybe the VS421 White Tulip and VS419 Fountain Grey (http://www.glazziotiles.com/products/VERSAILLES%20SERIES.aspx) intermixed.
