> Chris is absolutely AMAZING and we highly recommend him for a home renovation project. This was our first major home renovation and of course heard many tales of contractor nightmares. We have just finished the project and had zero of those issues. Chris is extremely professional in all of his dealings and kept to his word throughout the entire project. The project was quite large and included: A third floor addition (additional bedroom with full bath), addition of a master closet, master bath renovated, 1/2 bath renovation, new flooring and painting throughout entire house, new siding, portico, new roof, all new windows, upgrade to HVAC and insulation.

> He was at our house all the time checking on things and even when he wasn't, he called or was easy to get a hold of. He managed all the folks working for him - both employed by him and subcontracted. The craftmanship was top notch and high end, with a lot of attention to detail. If he didn't like how something was completed, he had it redone - and didn't penalize us for that. He worked with us to understand our budget and was fiscally conscious for the whole project. I can't say enough about how smooth everything went and how happy we are with the outcome. My father worked in the business for a bit and Chris' work met his standard of approval. Chris has obviously been in the business a long time and was able to anticipate problems and solve issues as we went along (house was originally built in 1950s). I did not have to worry or chase anyone during the project.
