**★★★★★ — Cheryl Scott, May 2016**

> My conservatory is used to house my grand piano, plus of course some plants. Visitors are very impressed with the aesthetics, the solid construction and the overall additional interest it adds to the house. I am very pleased with my conservatory.

**★★★★★ — Chris Mills, May 2016**

> Town & Country were among 5 conservatory builders I approached. By far, Town & Country’s friendly professionalism, attention to detail, warranty provisions and product quality exceeded the other builders I considered. Importantly, Town & Country were consistently excellent to deal with. Throughout the planning & design phase, pricing & contractual negotiation phase and construction phase, I found them open, honest and willing to listen and adjust as the realities of a multi-contractor building undertaking unfolded. Once the conservatory was completed, Town & Country took great care to ensure the finished result was perfect. After the first Chicago winter, Town & Country returned, checked and corrected the fit and finish of the conservatory. I am beyond 100% happy to recommend Town & Country as a company, their design and construction staff and the quality of their beautiful conservatories.

The large orangery addition, a 42′ x 37′ L shape, would eventually host a kitchen, dining room, living area, and expanded patio. In collaboration with the owner’s architect, our designer developed an orangery with an unusual…
