> I highly recommend 5280 floors and their first rate worker Javier. They completed a small project for us: laying hardwood on the concrete floor of a garage turned into a bedroom. When we bought our home, the flooring was old carpeting; now, beautiful hardwoods gleam as we walk into the room.  During the process, they discovered the previous concrete leveling material had gone bad, and they solved the problem quickly and competently. Javier made the entire process so much better. We could count on him to be on time, to answer any questions, to work efficiently, and to clean up after his work. 5280 and Javier exceeded our expectations.

There was a lot of old carpet to pull out, and under that, a layer of super old linoleum that had to be cut out before the concrete could be prepared for polishing. Daniel worked tirelessly to get the job done on time despite the obstacles. He paid attention to detail and the job was done right with a minimum of mess and disruption to the household.. We are very happy with the result.
