Our kitchen design was quite complex as this included the removal of a vertical support beam and replacement of a 26 foot steel beam placed in the ceiling in it's place. In addition we added a pantry, butlers pantry, office off the kitchen and of course the main kitchen. Everyone who sees it is blown away with the look (including us). But as DDK said, equally important is how well the kitchen has to work and they were definitely right! We use it everyday for multiple meals and we are so thankful for the knowledge and experience DDK had in the design. Literally every element has a purpose and it flows perfectly. > > Another important point was after the design and ordering, DDK also recommended ED Enterprises for the labor. It's one thing to plan, but the buildout can be so painful. Thankfully, the combination of project management by DDK and ED Enterprises made this as easy to live through as possible. Ultimately, we can't say enough about the experience working with DDK. Remodeling a kitchen is a daunting task, especially if you have three kids (9, 13 and 15) like we do . However, DDK changed the size of some of the main cabinet in my order after I signed off on the order and paid them half upfront, all without telling me. I did not find out until the cabinets were installed and realized the main cabinet was three inches smaller than what I paid for. When I spoke to the owner about this, his response was "too bad, that was a decision we made."
