> Hired Craig to supervise tile, electrical,plumbing and minor carpentry remodel. We were out of state and needed to have a general we could rely on.  He had NO ability to schedule the job(estimated 4-5 weeks & did not complete in 10 weeks). Subs were wary of whether they would get paid by him. Despite saying he had qualified subcontractors that he worked with often, only one that he hired had he ever used before.  Incredibly messy job site- did all the cleanup myself.  Very disappointed.  I would have done better to act as my own contractor by phone.
