> I have hired Bercel Builders on numerous occasions over the last ten years.  They have done roof work, replacement of interior walls and ceilings, tile work,  Arcadia door replacements, and stucco work.  In every case, we have received a written estimate with a detailed work schedule.  They are most professional and the work site is cleaned daily and super clean when the job is done.  Superlatives don't do them justice!  I recommend them without hesitation.  Out most recent project was the first half of June

> Bercel Builders built my house and also put an addition on it. They are a first class company. They were on the job every day to make sure all work was being done correctly. The job was completed in a timely mater at the price they quoted me. My roof has an 18 inch overlap on the felt paper when all other builders use a 4 inch. The outside of my house has been covered 100 % with plywood. When the lumber package was delivered to house they went through it and any corked lumber went back to supplier and was not used in house. I would use them if I ever built another house.

> Bercel Builders have been in business for over 30 years in this area.  The remodel consisted of TV Room, 3 bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, a walk-in closet, 2 regular closets, and laundry room.  After the submitted bid and signed contract, Bercel Builders took me to tile, granite, lighting and plumbing suppliers.  I was advised of good quality materials and those that were not so good.  I really appreciated their knowledge, honesty and their efforts to try to keep me within budget.  When all materials were on hand and sub-contractors scheduled, I was presented with  a complete schedule indicating time, date each phase of the project would be completed.  I highly recommend Bercel Builders for any project from new construction, remodel, big or small.  They were professional and pleasant to work with.  I will definitely hire Bercel Builders for any future projects.  They were amazing!!

From the first visit to discuss what I wanted to have done, then the estimate (the 3rd one I had received for this project) with everything spelled out as to what they would do and what I would be responsible for.  When It came time to start the project I was provided an estimated work time with what was going to be done each day and who to expect in my home that day.  Everyone who did work in my home was very professional, polite and respectful and made sure my cats did not get out.  Any problems that arose I was informed immediately and the problem was solved.  Everyday either John or Mark Bercel was there to let the workers in, to check on the job or discuss any concerns I might  have. The job was done on time, within budget, with a very professional looking guest bathroom.   I am looking forward to working with Bercel Builders on my next project.

> Kitchen remodel.  John Bercel came to our home and we discussed everything about the remodel and what we wanted.  He gave us a completion time frame (3-4 weeks) and a cost estimate.

Each day John's crew came in and completed their task, and each day all of the dust and mess was cleaned up.  The kitchen was taken out to the existing walls and replaced with everything new.

**Q: Kitchen Becomes a Great Room - Los Angeles area** *(in Before & After)*

This is the "before" photo which shows the original walls surrounding the kitchen in a "closed in" type of design.


The "after" photo below shows that the walls of the kitchen were removed to have an open floor plan and a great room type of result.  This design provides both an open feeling and open access from the kitchen, breakfast room and family room.  It can be an alternative to adding on and can save on finances -- a very practical way to go.

**Q: Arcadia Master Bathroom and Closet in Phoenix, Arizona** *(in Before & After)*

We transformed this dated closet and bathroom by removing the existing closet and made it a part of the bathroom to open up the space and create an updated contemporary space. The bedroom that was next to the master bathroom was transformed into a walk-in closet we installed all new cabinets for a fresh look. 

The homeowners loved their new bathroom and love showing it off to their friends and family. We are still in communication with the homeowners and they continue telling us from time to time how much they enjoy their new space. See before & after below:
