There were many unusual aspects of our build, which required excavation underneath two occupied floors above, that Tate handled effortlessly. Penn is clearly a very experienced group, and we are extremely happy with how things turned out. Before this process began, I was terrified of the renovation and all the possibilities of things that could go wrong. Looking back on it now, I can't remember one thing that went wrong. What I do remember are Greg and Carol Penn. Of course, there were challenges along the way, but Greg and Carol stayed right by my side for every step making it as easy as possible for me. Greg ensured that I was well informed on the construction process and helped walk me through anything that I didn't understand (which he had to do a lot!). Carol was phenomenal.
