The entire process took nearly two years because of COVID and we had some significant cost over-runs. This is partly because we failed to incorporate the cost of labor into our budget and partly because she picks very high quality furniture. Andrea works very closely with the people she brings in for the labor (the electrician, the wall paper installation, painter) and their work was high quality. But she does not control their fees, which were high. We were satisfied that the job was done well. She came by to supervise installation of everything - wall paper, paint, lights, pool table, and furniture. She's definitely a perfectionist and it shows in the final work.
