A: Along with custom home building and renovations, we also perform Design-Build Project in which we design the floor plans for Clients. We can provide you the floor plans, electrical layout, mechanical layouts, exterior elevations, as well as a 3D walk through for this home and any others. Some clients have come to us with picture of 2 or 3 homes that they like the exterior design but have important needs for the floorplan. We use a design software that can design the floor plan details that they are looking for (I.E 1st Floor Master, Attached Garage, Mother-in-law Suite, etc.) while keeping the exterior design in mind. A: We custom built the shutters out of Western Red Cedar and I think we used a 6" "L" Style Hinge with a 1/2" offset, I don't remember the exact manufacturer. We bought them from a local vendor, Davie Scales, in Harahan, LA. **Q: Front Doors** *(in Photo Questions)* Love this double front door. Can you tell me the manufacturer? Nice job. A: I'm not sure of the manufacturer but we ordered it from a local vendor, Masonry Products, and the name of the brick is Chicago Heritage.
