Needless to say, the adjustments did not solve the problem so the stationary panel had to be replaced. This was just completed. And this is three years after the project was initially completed. Roy listened to our requirements, our problem areas, and our would-be-nice list. He solved 95% of our problems and created a wonderful kitchen for both daily use and our large family gatherings. Mike, the onsite manager, was incredible and patiently answered all of our questions in detail, and Ken's workmanship was amazing. We had meetings several times a week to update us on what was happening and what was to come. With 2 kids and 2 dogs, we needed some planning time for the changes, like moving furniture and blocking areas of the house that were dangerous. Not everything went as planned, of course nothing does, but the team did a great job overall to make us happy and make sure all little details were finished. The door to the garage was moved three feet, the floor had to be floated, because it wasn't level. All the appliances were relocated in the new design.
