We are in general very happy with nearly all aspects of our Happe Home. We have had minimal issues with the home outside of some normal post close, first year stuff like some popped nail heads and such. > > This would be a five or at least a 4.5 except for our few issues we do have none of which are serious - but some are yet to be addressed. The concrete work is pretty poor on our home at least on the driveway and a lesser extent the garage, the sod has been tough to keep happy even with some large water bills though i expect some of that to kind of work itself out and we had some bubbled siding - some of which the siding guy started but hasn't finished. > > Otherwise - because we weren't able to make all of the choices in our home as it was already at drywall stage - we are very happy with the general construction, the HVAC, the general sturdiness so far of the home and the process with the builder, sales person (Brandon Winn) and so far our post sale communication with the warranty folks. > > If our issues get worked out - this will almost certainly be a five. Any suggestions on how I could change it up a bit or should I just leave it for now? We don't have any appliances in yet, once this happens it may give it a different feel. A: Definitely wait and let it grow on you! Tearing out backsplash is not an easy gig as you probably know.
