They show up on time and get the job done. All three of the people they sent worked their butts off and did an excellent job. Good service as a rare commodity in this day and age. We've bought koi, fish food, aquatic plants and other items from Complete Ponds. My husband and I spent almost $1000 on a Pondmax UV filter last month, which their installer brought to our house and installed it. A month later, the piping on the unit broke and water was going everywhere. We had to shut the unit off until we could call the next morning. We were trying to fix it, but noticed the technician glued some PVC parts when he put the filtering system together. Every time we would try to attach the fitting, it would snap off. When we got a hold of someone, they said they were too busy to fix it, so I sent pictures of the issue. We told them we didn't want our koi to die. Cori looked at the pictures and said we could come in because she had the parts to fix the issue. When we got there, she figured out what parts were needed. Cori made us pay over $40 to resolve the issue of glued parts that were connected to the filter's failed part. When she told us that we had to pay for the pvc piping and other parts, we felt the failure should have been under warranty. There is no way the filter's preattached piping should have snapped apart within the month. The issue could not be resolved without replacing the glued piping. So we humbly paid for the pvc piping and other parts. Apparently they failed to recognize that my husband had to perform the labor on what should have been warrantied work. Needless to say, we won't be back for any reason. We will go elsewhere or online for our pond needs. **★★★★★ — roxalie, July 2015** > We hired Complete Ponds to construct a water pond in our back yard that included a waterfall into the pond and a 20 foot stream flowing out of the pond. The waterfall breaks over several rocks as it cascades down so that it is very pleasing to watch. The second was not quite what I wanted. They promptly responded and we came up with a modification plan. Both are now complete...and incredible. There are two main categories of activity. First is professionalism, predictability, timeliness and interaction. Excellent on all counts. This is a well managed organization with quality employees dedicated to superb work and schooled in customer relations. The second area is planning and creativity. They are beyond excellent here. My instructions at the beginning of the project were simple...I want my project to be the work you are most proud of; i want the pictures of my project to be the first in your port folio that you show prospective clients...in short, all I want is your very best. And my expectations were surpassed. The artistry and attention to detail created two water features that look like they were dug up en bloc and air lifted to my site from the mountains.
