> Russ is an amazing partner and my family and I trust him with everything we need done. He has done residential remodeling/construction of units in both Sacramento and in Woodland for us and has been absolutely pivotal in getting our goat dairy business of the ground - that means he had handled a very wide variety of projects, including major barn renovations, permaculture work on and around the ranch and anything else we have thrown his way. He’s a family man and his sons are all amazing to work with as well. He will listen to what you want and need and also make helpful suggestions when you need them. I would highly recommend Russ and Cribbs Construction to anyone.

> Avoid this company at all costs. He took our money and didn't complete the job. He made excuses, he ghosted us and was unreachable for weeks.

> We hired him to do tenant improvements for our business. He bid the job at $85k. It was a straight-forward job- demolish several walls to combine two suites into one, remove old drop ceiling, install 29 new lights and 20 new outlets, service the HVAC.

> We paid him $25k up front to begin the project. Almost right away, we felt something wasn't right. We asked for updates, but he would ignore our calls, texts and emails for over a week. Then when he finally got back to us, he said he needed more money. We paid him an additional $25k. Again, he couldn't be reached for over a week. When he finally answered the phone, he made excuses about the project costing him more than expected and how he didn't anticipate having to submit building plans.

> Then he stopped work all together for 8 weeks without having so much as lifted a hammer since we last paid him the $25k.

> Now, we are receiving the bill from the draftsman he was supposed to pay. We are having to complete the demolition ourselves. We are having to find and hire new subcontractors to complete the unfinished work.
