I thought about doing it myself but that would have been a big mistake. Chris and his assistant worked 3 full days meticulously chipping and fitting stone until we had a beautiful completed fireplace, the focal point of our living room. We ran into an install issue along the way (our fault for changing the design) and Chris quickly adjusted to create something even better than what we had planned. They created a focal piece for our great room by building out a box to cover with stacked stone veneer to make it look like real stone. They added framed shiplap the rest of the way up my 2-story wall for additional dimension to the room. And to finish it off, Chris transformed a piece of wood we got from an 1802 torn down barn for the mantle to make it look like a beautiful reclaimed wood show piece. They even ran wires and hung our 65’ TV on the wall. Everything was professionally done with good communication. They were clean, Covid safe and very respectful. I highly recommend 3C Home and Hearth for any fireplace project or remodel project.
