> Terrible communication, paid for top in full. Waited 2 full weeks before I called myself to see when I would be on the schedule. They told me I wasn't called because my tops weren't paid for. After that was figured out the guy came to do the template. They were supposed to install last week, no call no show. I once again had to call myself about 10 times before I spoke with someone. They needed to reschedule. We're now at that 2nd install date. I've called 15 times today. No answer. I finally got a call back and was told they are still coming. They are now 7 hours late. Afraid to leave the job site because who knows when they'll come back if they decide to come when I'm not here. Terrible customer service, they don't want your business. They only want you to pay.

> We had to use Amina stone to install countertops through Costco. Not even a year after install (5 months to be exact), the sink they installed while installing the countertops separated from the granite. At this point, I've called no fewer than 4 times to talk to a person about getting this fixed and NO ONE has called me back. We have a young child at home and the sink is on its last leg. Consider this your warning, once you pay, they won't honor the workmanship guarantee and won't call you back.

> We went to Armina Stone because they were down the street and had a lot of options for our kitchen countertops. We had two appointments scheduled for “Afternoon,” which Jenny the ChatBot arranged and is code for between 12p-5p (and also more hope than reality). Jenny will ping you when the crew arrives and are sitting in your driveway at 5:45p when you are trying to get dinner ready in your makeshift kitchen you just put back together figuring they weren’t going to show.
>
> After you let them in because you want the experience to be finished so you can hopefully enjoy your new countertops, you find that the cutouts for your sinks don’t line up and the tops have two different edge finishes. You feel a little bad as the installers have to load the incorrect pieces back into their truck around 8:30p. Your night wasted after your afternoon was wasted you figure you’ll deal with it in the morning when suddenly you receive a ping from Jenny the ChatBot asking you how much you are enjoying your new countertops. When you give her a big thumbs down, she says someone will be in touch shortly.
>
> In the morning, you expect someone from Armina Stone to call you to apologize profusely for the mistake and for the inconvenience only to find they don’t call. And when you finally call assuming Jenny surely has spread the word, no one has a clue of the unfortunate events that have transpired. Rather than an apology, you get “this happens. Someone from scheduling will contact you.”
>
> We have asked for our money back as we are tired of the aggravation and missed promises. So far the only answer we have received is “No.” Maybe I need to talk with Jenny.
>
> Go elsewhere friends.

> Unorganized admin office, I’m surprised that my kitchen kabinet company partners with this business. The installers were good enough, but the project has taken over a month to complete because of multiple issues including incorrectly cut pieces, measurement problems, and the classic lack of inventory/back order. Communication with us got better after they failed to let us know that they were not coming on the original scheduled day. We had removed the sink to prep for their installation then found out that they would not be installing for another week and we had to scramble to put the kitchen back in usable form. I hate writing reviews, but the failures of this company inspired me to let others know to avoid using this company. Pretty sure ikea would have been a better option.

> My project with Armina Stone was a disaster from beginning to end. First, they didn't set aside the right slabs. Then, they cut half the countertops wrong (even after laser measuring). Now one side of my room has one lot of granite and the island is much lighter. The final granite top on the island is full of defects, pits, and roughness. Armina won't replace it or acknowledge that it is substandard-- they say it's "natural stone" and nothing they can do. When two people who are working with you on this project leave the company during the two months of the project, you know this company is trash. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

> At the start this process was very smooth. I was just getting a small bathroom vanity top and sink bowl. When the installer showed up he asked to see my faucet that I would be using for the bathroom. I handed it to him. He looked at it later it down and went out to the truck. About 20 min later he asked me to come into the bathroom. He had drilled the holes in the stone top for an eight inch widespread faucet. The problem is the faucet I handed him is a four inch spread. I was supposed to have a bisque colored sink bowl and he installed white. The installer said that they would have to cut a new slab and that I should contact the office to set up the reinstall of the top and proper color sink. It has now been 18 days since this happened. I have placed 6 phone calls to their office and cannot get anyone to tell me what is going on, if my new top has been cut, or when this will be rectified. Today I told the salesperson Josh that if I did not receive a call back be the end of the day I would contact my attorney or the local magistrate on Monday. To my surprise after promising to find out and call me back it is now 5 pm and NOTHING! I will NEVER do business with this company again and I strongly suggest others think twice. There are other stone counter top suppliers around.

> I would much rather speak directly with a member of the management staff regarding the many issues I have had with this company, however, the management team refused to speak to me or return my calls.
>
> Once it was finally delivered, the stone itself was not so much the issue. The issue is the customer service - or more importantly, the lack thereof. The appointment times are vague, which is wildly inconvenient to expect a customer to be available ALL day long at any moment on any day that they choose. To make matters worse, both my template and install appointments were canceled multiple times for various reasons. The most recent cancellation was due to the fact that they "lost" my stone. A countertop simply does not "go missing." This was on a Saturday and I was promised that the project manager would personally call me first thing Monday morning. Of course, I never heard from him. When I called Armina Stone, no one was able to locate him and staff continued to state "I'll get a message to the manager to call you back." No one had any details, any explanation, or any apologies. I also tried calling the project manager directly, who never picked up. Brian, working the front desk, was particularly rude and less than helpful. I ended up just going into the store and I could see the management team in the back, with the door shut, but I was told "they don't handle this" - as if anyone there is NOT in the business of selling countertops. All of the employees continued passing the buck and to date, I have not heard from any of the management team. My stone arrived more or less by surprise and again, I had to take time off of work to receive the delivery at my rental property.
>
> I was always polite, which only gets you taken advantage of with this company. I had to take multiple days off of work, rearrange and cancel plans, and make myself available at their convenience, only to never receive an actual explanation or apology. Working with this company will end up costing you your time, energy, and your sanity. Spend your money where it is valued - and that is NOT at Armina Stone.

> My husband and I shopped around for months and visited 6 different showrooms/warehouses and Armina's selection was definitely the largest. We fell in love with one of their stones (Fantasy Brown) and it was installed professionally within two weeks. We put a deposit down the day we chose the stone, a week later a lovely lady came (in the middle of a snow storm!) with some impressive equipment to measure our space. The very next week we got pictures of our counters laid out on our stone, then 6 very professional guys came to install it. We have a very large peninsula and Armina was the only one willing to install it as one piece. My husband is a contractor and is very particular, and he agrees that we can recommend this company to anyone.

> LOVE my new granite vanity tops! The entire experience was amazing. Simply walking, row by row, at the many slabs of granite was overwhelming. However, Kevin walked through with us very patiently, taking notes along the way so we could revisit all we liked. We were never rushed, not in any way felt pressured to purchase, and were welcome to bring any type of material to match with us. Install was simple with no issues at all. Everyone, from the owner to the installers, were very friendly.

> After going to five other granite fabrication shops in the Pittsburgh area my wife and I felt so at ease with the whole kitchen remodel experience once we ended our journey at Armina Stone. The Sales staff took any worry and stress out of the mix with the knowledge and know how which was awesome with how stressfull a remodel can be while living in your home. From selection to install only took a week and a half total before Christmas which other companies told us we would have to wait untill after new year. From Sales, template, to install everyone was awesome and very professional and we now have a beautiful new kitchen for the new year. Great job Armina Stone!

> Nice selection but poor customer care and poor installation. Owner is nice person to deal with but be aware he supports Company policy to get paid upfront and find excuse not to fix problems his employees did. Armina contract is only for Armina benefits to protect them but not the customer, read it before sign. My biggest mistake to pay upfront in good face but that is not end of story, their contract stated to pay no matter what. After installation of granite I have to address all their mistakes for correcting and spend all my time to control it while they were fixing. First 6 problems took over one month to fix it, missed part on backsplash, unpolished edges, scratched cabinet, silicone instead of epoxy on joints, mesh you can see on sides panels. But one problem still remain unresolved. It took me 3 month talking and calling to them, I met with Company refered by armina for repair estimate which was $500 but at last moment they found unqualified person for couple $ and ruined my cabinet completely, my new paint on wall that I paid $50 per gallon plus labor, granite backsplash in paint. No more patient to deal with Armina after such bad experience. They got paid and don’t want to loose it so I have to loose money and time. Thanks.

**★★★★★ — User, July 2016**

> We chose Armina to provide our kitchen counter tops after visiting 5 granite providers. They had the most slabs of each type of granite of all providers we visited and assisted us in looking at many individual slabs when we visited their warehouse. There entire staff was helpful, the cost was exactly as quoted, and they delivered the granite in the time frame promised. The installers went over and above to accommodate our needs and handle issues that came up during the installation.
> We would recommend Armina highly to anyone after this experience.
