He and his team were there the the day they said they were going to be there and they were even early! Not something always easy to come by in this day and age. Furthermore, they came up with great solutions which were cost effective and looked great as far what to do about existing baseboards we had newly installed. The finished the job in a very timely manner and followed through to ensure we were happy with the results. There was a small issue with one of the boards that seemed to be a manufactuer defect that was not noticed. Keith and the installer both came out to inspect and went above and beyond by chipping out the damaged wood and replacing it with new. He spent two hours chipping away at it so he would not create any dust in the home we just moved back into. I cannot tell you how much that meant to us.
