Each of our houses is built with year-round living in mind, and we are committed to providing the support you are looking for to get your home from dream to reality.

We are currently seeking designation as a Recreational Vehicle Manufacturer to provide ease of access to proper insurance--this is your home, and we want to help you protect it. We hope to be certified by April 2015.

We are also working with local municipalities across the Lower Mainland to seek solutions to land access and availability. Our goal is to support many intentional communities on unused land, creating opportunities for affordable housing.

## Community Q&A

**Q: That floor is the opposite of boring... what inspired this pattern?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thanks so much! This floor is the product of recycling, as well as a desire to make the area look bigger. The lines, if the floor was a single colour, would lead the eye to believe the space was narrower and longer, which I didn't want--I wanted the floor to look as big as possible in such a small space. We found a stash of extra decking that was left over from a project and got two colours from that, got another two colours from Habitat for Humanity, but all the colours were darker. Knowing that dark colours make a space look smaller, I picked up the grey decking to lighten the floor and draw the eye to it. The perpendicular change is meant to delineate the sitting area from the rest of the home, creating a cozy, darker haven in the bay window area. I always have a hard time doing random, but tried really hard to do this layout with my colour eyes off! ~ Kayla
