> We hired Kodiak Construction & had a signed contract & the day we were supposed to start they called at 8a to say they made an error & the job would cost an additional $8k. We were devastated. We tried to compromise on the quality of the composite & reduced the size of our project but KODIAK would not compromise even though the estimate error was made by their team. HORRIBLE. DO NOT HIRE KODIAK!
