Jackson was very accommodating with all of our requests and had so much patience with all of our questions and fears about this project. He always made himself available for us when we needed him and was able to offer suggestions to improve on our original design idea based on his experience in construction. We had originally made the mistake of hiring a family member to assist us with the plumbing rough-ins for a full bathroom as well as convert the heating system to an on-demand hot water tank/boiler. The family member did not finish the work and left us very suddenly with no heat or water in the house and months behind our projected end date. Jackson was able to step in and take control of the situation immediately and get the project back on track and finish it better than we could have envisioned.
