He had total control of the project and sub-contracted with highly skilled, dependable, tradesmen. The project was completed on time and my husband and I are so happy with the result. Chris was professional, always on-time and on-schedule. He oversaw and scheduled the tradesmen, accommodated our schedule and made sure he was at the house if we couldn't be whenever any work was being done. Chris was happy to provide ideas and suggestions when asked but was also always respectful of our preferences and happy to carry out our design choices. IDB's fees were extremely reasonable and all the tradesmen used or recommended by Chris were skilled and reasonably priced. We love our remodeled bathroom and outside shower and I would highly recommend Chris Kelly and IDB Contstruction. **★★★★★ — traversedc, March 2015** > i worked with Mr Chris Kelly and IDB Construction on several remodel and expansion projects at my Desert Highlands home in Scottsdale Az. Chris was originally referred to me by other residents and my broker for an extensive Kitchen remodel and his firm came highly recommended. He exceeded my expectations via design suggestions,product knowledge and the job was completed on time and several of his ideas saved me money via my original budget. I then used him on a range of exterior projects including a new bbq and patio area with stone, roof and wood trim work as well as electrical,lighting and refinishing of custom wood work. Again, he used excellent sub's,made value added material and design suggestions and was accurate on his estimates.Lastly I used his firm for a large expansion and remodel of my great room ,master bedroom and bath areas adding significant sq footage and redesign. Chris worked with my architect and acted as the general contractor on all aspects.He helped me source rustic hickory flooring, new windows,doors,fixtures and completed the job on time over the course of the summer while I was away. I checked on the work but yes I trusted him totally and he exceeded my expectations. He also referred me to an excellent audio vendor and landscape design source and while I shopped around both ended up being the best choices. If you are looking for experience, quality,honesty and someone who will give you value added and deliver on cost and timing goals Chris Kelly and IDB Construction are a great choice. I love my home on the mountain and invested a lot to make it my dream home. Chris delivered value and stayed involved at every step. He also took care of other small needs and was there for me years after no matter how small and that is what a great contractor relationship is all about. I would use Chris to build my next home or major remodel and I would highly recommend he and his team to any of my friends or family. Great guy and great company.
