She asked lots of questions, listened closely to our preferences, and stayed in tune with our budget. She is personable and a problem solver, and offered a couple solutions to every issue we faced, recognizing that offering too many choices was not helpful. She also steered us away from a couple flawed ideas that others had suggested, with a good rationale that proved right. She had a very good sense of color and material. She used sophisticated visualization software to bring our kitchen to life in three dimensional, color drawings. This helped immensely. She was also very practical minded, and helped us get multiple price quotes for our design.
