We worked with Gretchen for over a year on a house rebuild that was well beyond the scope of anything that we'd previously done and she made the entire project much more manageable! She made decisions on our behalf an was on the job site more then we were, at times! > We ended up over budget (doesn't everyone?) which was due in part to the scope of the project changing and the cost of labor/materials. In hind site, I wish I'd known that "custom" would cost as much more as it did! But, in the end, our beautiful home is exactly what we wanted and Gretchen helped make it all a reality!
