> Rand is a great designer! He put together plans for a remodel and ~1000 sq foot addition for our home.  He was very detail oriented and thoughtful in his design.   Rand worked hard to keep us within our budget and allow for a design which we love and which will make our home beautiful and cohesive despite the addition!  He was easy to work with and held our hands (we were first timers) through a number of obstacles along the way. I would recommend him to anyone who really cares about the integrity of their design.
