From this he created a detailed plan that matched our aesthetic and suggested innovative structural changes that maximized the space. Pablo’s vision was not skin deep - he also focused on modernizing electricals and plumbing and ensuring that the infrastructure was as sound as his design.

He was especially great in the few instances where we didn’t immediately accept his suggestions - he provided a clear rationale for his decisions, but was open to having a discussion and going our way if that’s where we got to.
