> Noel is extremely professional and does very meticulous work in a timely manner. I was incredibly pleased with the built-ins he created around our fireplace, and his price was far more reasonable than other quotes I had received. I would highly recommend Noel and will use him again for future projects.

> So Happy with all of Noel's work - my home is now my happy place!! He sank custom cupboard boxes in between the studs in our laundry room wall to give us a pantry (but didn't loose any space), gutted old, and installed a new kitchen so it was user friendly, designed built ins for the family room, inlcuing a fireplace, and crown moulding, and installed a new powder room. All the professionals he sourced (plumber, tile guy, electrician) were easy to work with as well. Love the new look of the house, and the quality of the work!

> Olive and Oak provided quality wall cabinets and shelves on time and per specifications. Noel
> showed up when he said he would, was easy to work with and provided quality advice during the design phase. Very happy with the results and friends have asked us who did our work. We have no problem recommending him to them.

> I have hired them to do at least 10 different projects over the years and all projects were executed correctly. The owner Noel is very knowledgeable, especially in the area of woodworking and home renovations.

**★★★★★ — Jenny Butchart, Jan. 2017**

> Noel was extremely efficient and prompt completing the projects on my current and previous homes. I found him to be very helpful in making suggestions and carrying out my ideas. He always left things very clean and tidy, I would certainly ask him to do things for me in the future.

> Noel's company is highly professional with excellent craftsmanship and more importantly very trustworthy. I have had several projects executed by Noel in my home over several years. During these projects he has been very courteous, hardworking with satisfaction in mind striving to accomplish the expectations of his customers.
> All projects completed in on budget and timeline. Lots of care put forth in terms of cleanliness on job site. It is my pleasure to recommend this company without reservation and look forward to work with Noel in the future.

> I have used Noel many times for my renovation projects. He is professional, meticulous and timely and works with other great professionals. He has always met his projected budget and has even completed work under budget. I have recommended him to others and everyone has also been delighted with the work done. If I need any relevant work in my home this is the only company I consider.

> Project included kitchen renovation, partial bathroom upgrade and hallway flooring. I provided the kitchen cabinets, counter tops and tile. The contractor was responsible for all other materials and trades to complete the job on time and on budget. Noel provided an estimate, and timeline for each segment of the work to be completed. Project completed in 43 days, on budget! The workmanship from the removal of all the old cabinets walls, tile (on a concrete floor) to the new wiring, plumbing, appliance removal and reinstall; the installation of the cabinets was done with more patience and craftsmanship then I could believe. On top of this care was taken to keep dust and dirt to a bare minimum throughout the entire project. Old material was removed an a regular basis so as not to inconvenience our neighbour's in our condo community. We have every intention to do another renovation on the other bathroom and look forward to Olive and Oak doing it for us. Very professional, open minded, conscientious and easy to work with.

> We cannot say enough positive, laudatory things about Noel Yousie! He is a consummate professional, a highly skilled furniture-maker, an on-top-of-all-things contractor, as well as being a simply great person. Noel and his team have redone three bathrooms, a laundry room, a gate, as well as the most gorgeous, custom-designed desk I've ever seen. He is totally dependable (we all know how rare that is in his business), on budget and on time with projects. He's also extremely conscientious. A tub he installed in an upstairs bathroom began to leak, a problem that was soon discovered to be a manufacturer's error, not an installation error. Yet Noel came back several times to trouble shoot and repaired the fairly extensive damage that resulted. He refused to accept payment for this, despite our insistence. I would trust him with anything, because quite simply he can do just about anything. There's no one else we'd ever want to work with.

> Noel was very easy to work with. He worked with our wants and budget and created a beautiful focal point for our room. He was very tidy and always cleaned up after himself. I would and have recommend him to others!
