Guided Design is a design oriented general contractor specializing in interior renovations and new construction.   We design, build, and sell a broad range of cabinetry products for kitchen, bath, or general interior space.  We can design and work within either residential or commercial requirements. We typically work in Chicago as well as surrounding suburbs in Illinois. 

Guided Design will measure, design, and create unique layouts; or verify\\change your existing layout as part of the process.  We provide a digital 2D layout, elevations, and/or a 3D visual rendering.  Designs are customizable and we will work with you to refine them as often as you need.

> I hired Austin as a contractor to do a remodel of my kitchen, as well as a few additional side projects, after moving into a condo in Lakeview. The project included refinishing existing cabinetry, adding new custom cabinetry & hardware, backsplash, open shelving, faucet & garbage disposal, several lighting upgrades, wainscoting, wall painting, refinishing some furniture, laundry hosing & ductwork, and a custom door. Despite their focus on cabinetry, they agreed to take on all of these projects and completed them 100% to my satisfaction. It took about 5 months to get everything completed, but the quality of work was outstanding and I would definitely work with Austin & company in the future. He and his team were always polite, responsive, and eager to make sure I was happy with the result. They are very easy to work with. Highly recommended!
