This will be long because they consistently went ABOVE and BEYOND. We were told 4 months and it was 4 months! That never happens. Ryan and his team posses the highest level of skill, integrity, innovation, and service. We had a negative experience with another company so we were extremely hesitant, critical and doubtful. Ryan delivered on every promise. Even when we encountered challenges, he was honest and provided helpful cost-effective solutions. We renovated our entire downstairs (wall, kitchen, flooring, lighting, doors), also our master bathroom upstairs (everything) and our laundry room (everything). We literally started with a blank slate and reconfigured everything! We waited a couple of months to get started which I respect. Many contractors will lie to get your business, (start next week but finish 6 months over). Also, what Ryan quoted was what we invested. Don't get me wrong, we had to change things due to unexpected circumstances but Ryan communicated all details every step of the way. For example, our stair renovation was less than he expected so he shifted those funds to cover a few unexpected issues. Larson Construction is EVERYTHING a company should be but is so rare to find. And bonus...His entire team is respectful, knowledgeable, and CLEAN. They seriously clean before they leave each day! During the process, I had to move some lawn furniture inside due to a storm coming. His team rushed outside to help me. I didn't even ask. I also asked them to feed this stray cat that comes to visit and they did while also sending me updates on his visits. My home is beautiful and everything we expected! I found out about Larson Construction through two of my neighbors who had him do renovations on their homes during 2017. At the completion of their renovations I was very impressed with the quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail that was evident with both renovations. I also had the opportunity to see Mr. Larson’s and his crews work ethic as my neighbors lived two doors down from me. Mr. Larson and his crew were there everyday at 7:30am till 5pm, Monday-Friday. After seeing the finished product of my neighbors homes I decided to take the plunge and update my home that is currently 17 years young.. Mr. Larson and his crew started my renovation on 05/21st/2019, which was a week later than what we had planned for but completed my renovation one week earlier than planned and on budget to the penny that was quoted to me. My renovation included the knocking down of a wall and arch, complete gutting of my kitchen, new flooring and baseboards throughout my whole home and new lighting. With all that said, I could not be happier with the renovation, and the finished product exceeded my expectations!!! My home looks like it could be on the cover of ‘Better Hones & Garden!’ As I have had family and friends coming to see my home since the renovation was completed, the compiment I hear consistently used is...’Stunnung!!’ I would and will not hesitate to recommend Larson Construction for any renovations, big or small, that you may be considering for your home!!! Mr. Larson involved me in every step of the process and always did everything in his power to assure my satisfaction!. Again, I cannot stress enough Mr. Larson’s commitment to making sure that everything is done right and that, most importantly, it is done right the first time!!! That quality is so refreshing to see and experience, especially when the transformation involves your home, and in a time when everything today is done half right, if you are lucky, just to get the job finished.
