If a masonry fireplace is your preference, we can even deliver them! We are proud to install modular masonry fireplaces by Isokern. These are a factory built product, made from pumice mined in the Arctic Circle in Iceland, that provide exceptional heat deflecting properties. We can assemble one of these on a combustible floor, with air cooled metal chimney; at a fraction of the cost of the old style all brick chimney. After finishing it off with real firebrick, you have a masonry fireplace that performs much better than a site built fireplace, has a Warnock-Hersey testing, and is installed in hours, not days.

> We have been in our home for just over 1 year and the fireplace stopped working.  I called Fireclass and was told we were just outside our warranty, but she would send someone out, no charge.  The gentleman was late for his appointment (his other job ran longer than he thought) and he called to let me know and asked if he could still come out, did this still work for me.  It did.  He came out, put covers over his shoes, laid something over the floor to protect my carpet and started to diagnose the problem.  The switch the electrician had put in was bad. He changed it and all is well.  I appreciated his customer service and the willingness of the company to send someone out without charge. I will use them for any future needs.

> We wanted a new burner with glass.  Gave them exact dimensions including photos.  5 weeks later they came to install but it wouldn't fit.  Charged me the balance on my card because no one communicated that the job wasn't complete.  Ordered new burner.  6 weeks later came to install and brought the original burner because no one communicated that it didn't fit.  Plus there was an install date that they missed because they didn't communicate the correct date.  We finally gave up and got a total refund.  They just don't seem to know what they're doing.
