At Vantage Point Design, we aim to provide a better experience than your everyday drafter. Alongside typical drafting services, we offer dynamic 3D services to optimize the workflow of builders, contractors, real estate agents, and developers. The word, "dynamic", refers to the various elements that can be added, or left out in a visual presentation, depending on our client's specific needs with their specific project. Whether you're a builder or contractor looking for workflow optimization through quicker permission to build and clearer direction for the building process, or a real estate agent or developer looking for marketing material to help sell existing properties and/or future proposed properties, we can help you. We spend our time and resources on each individual project to come up with the best plan given your specific needs and goals. We do almost everything in-house, so we can offer a quicker turn around time so you aren't waiting for weeks to get the material you need to continue to do what you do best.
