After removing carpet in one of the rooms, the floor appeared to be damaged. Levy suggested that we sand the floor instead of just buffing. Never did we regret this decision. The floor looks so much nicer after the sanding than before! It looks completely new - all scratches and other imperfections disappeared. Even the color of the floor became lighter and newer than the old "version." I also like responsible and punctual people. All my questions were responded in a remarkably timely fashion.
