My name is Corey Maddrix, I am a Remodeling and New Construction Carpenter and electrician with 24 years of experience in custom Building & Remodeling.  Over the years, I have worked for many custom high-end builders as well as homeowners.  I put my heart and soul into my work and am always pleased to see my customers’ smiling faces upon completion of their projects.  

I design and install kitchens, with both 2020 Design & Sketchup.  I also design building plans for permitting new projects.  

The majority of the work displayed here was performed in the Baltimore Maryland metropolitan area. I currently live and work in Alachua County Florida.  I am currently building my own house and will soon have photos and videos of my build-in-progress which show me personally doing all the work mostly by myself including all stages of the project to include, design drawings, concrete, block laying, dirt work, electrical, plumbing, framing, siding, windows, roofing, hvac and finishes all done personally by me.

Corey Maddrix promptly responded and provided an on-site visit and a very reasonable estimate. Arch was very flexible in coordinating the project and performed the perfect garage entry way and framing while also providing many useful suggestions for improving the garage.
