> Kyle Boerner has built several things for us over the years including a garage, a large addition tour previous home and multiple special projects.  Most recently he built us our most recent home which was a beautiful lake house on Lake Hartwell.

> Kyle was easy to work with, always meticulous about details, and extremely dependable.  His company builds a great quality home without being excessive.  We made numerous changes to the plans as we went and everything we asked for was executed perfectly.

> It's been more than a year and Kyle continues to send someone over to take care of the few little things that go wrong with any large construction project.  A door that gets hard to open, some quirk with the tankless water heater, or a breaker to the boat dock that keeps tripping.
